REMINDER UNDER THE SEASIDE PLEASURE BOAT RULES 1989 AND GIBRALTAR PORT RULES 1960.

                                                                                                                                                      
YOU ARE REMINDED UNDER THE SEASIDE PLEASURE BOAT RULES 1989 AND GIBRALTAR PORT RULES 1960 THAT:
No Entry into Rosia Bay is permitted;
All crafts must proceed at a speed of 5 knots in the inner port area, between the North Mole, Detached Mole and South Mole or 200 metres from a regulated channel; 
No anchoring within 150 metres from any regulated channel and 30 metres from any other craft;
No one under the age of 18 shall navigate a mechanically propelled craft; 
All mechanically propelled crafts must have valid insurance;
Boat users are to be careful with noise, speed and wash by your craft to other craft users;   
No navigator of any mechanically propelled craft shall enter any regulated channel.
